Once a course has been booked an invoice will be sent out and payment can be made by Bank Transfer unless prior arrangements have been
made. Purchase orders are by prior agreement and must be paid within 30 days.

We will exercise our statutory right to claim interest at 8% over the Bank of England base rate and
compensation for debt recovery costs under the Late Payment legislation, because we were not paid
according to our agreed credit terms.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations can arise in which you will need to cancel your place on a course that you have
booked. Unless the circumstances are exceptional and alternative arrangements have been agreed the
following fees will apply:
Cancellation >14 Days before Course date: No Cancellation Charge
Cancellation 14–4 Days before Course date: 50% Cancellation Charge
Cancellation < 4 Days before Course date: 100% Cancellation Charge
Amendments to bookings will incur a £50 administration charge,
