What Is First Aid Training?

First Aid and AED training teaches individuals how to assess a medical emergency, administer essential first aid, and use a defibrillator effectively during cardiac arrest or other life-threatening situations. These skills are essential for meeting legal responsibilities under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and for improving survival rates in emergency scenarios.

At Jason Rowley Training, we deliver a combination of theoretical instruction and hands-on practical sessions. Our face-to-face training ensures all learners develop real-world confidence in their ability to provide first aid and use AED devices, regardless of previous experience.
