Course Delivery
Experienced trainers deliver this training in a face-to-face classroom environment. The one-day course involves continual observation and practical assessment throughout the day, concluding with a short written test. Candidates must demonstrate their competence in emergency response to receive certification.
Certification:
Successful candidates receive a three-year-valid Emergency First Aid at Work certificate. Jason Rowley Training also recommends an annual refresher session in accordance with HSE best practices.

Employers are legally obligated under the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 to provide adequate and appropriate first aid training for staff. Jason Rowley Training’s course is HSE-compliant and developed in accordance with UK Resuscitation Council guidelines.
The Emergency First Aid Workplace Training course takes place over the course of a working day, the course should take around eight hours to complete. This includes continuous assessment throughout the duration of the training and a written assessment conducted after the practical training. The course will be delivered in person to encourage a hands-on, practical approach to first aid training. The course can be delivered online or face-to-face, for individuals or workplace teams as a collective, on-site.
