Legal Responsibility for Employers

Under the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981, employers must provide adequate and appropriate equipment, facilities, and personnel to ensure immediate medical attention is available. The level of first aid provision should be based on the risk assessment of the workplace, considering factors like number of employees, the nature of activities, and past incident history.

Jason Rowley Training helps employers meet these requirements by offering reliable, affordable, and industry-compliant training.
